In Burbank, California, a bushfire broke out in the foothills close to the Hollywood Hills on Nov. 9. You can see the smoke rising behind the Warner Bros Studios in Burbank.
A brush fire in California spread dangerously close to Hollywood and Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank on Saturday afternoon. Everyone was forced to evacuate the studio before it went on lockdown.
The Barham Fire engulfed the hills above the studio, which sent more than 230 fire department personnel to battle the flames.
Mayor Eric Garcetti posted a statement on Twitter urging citizens to “be aware of emergency vehicles and firefighters operating in the area as the LAFD fights this fire.”
The fire started shortly before 2 p.m. PDT in the 3600 block of Barham Boulevard and burned about 34 acres before firefighters were able to halt its forward progress by around 5 p.m. PDT, the Los Angeles Fire Department said on Twitter.

According to the L.A. Times, the LAFD said there are natural barriers between the fire and Warner Bros. and Universal, which is also located nearby, and that there have been no injuries, structures threatened or formal evacuations.
